My career in agriculture began where it matters most: in the field, walking rows and solving real challenges alongside farmers. As an Agronomic Engineer from Brazil, I spent my first decade with my boots in the dirt—first as a field agronomist in a cooperative, then as a field sales rep at Pioneer. That hands-on foundation shaped my entire approach to business.

As I stepped into corporate leadership, I built a comprehensive commercial trajectory: managing product portfolios, leading marketing strategies, and directing multi-region sales teams across Brazil and Paraguay. This path culminated as Commercial Unit Director at Syngenta and was complemented by a business specialization at Arizona State University (ASU). For me, the principle remains unchanged: strategy only creates value when it works in the field.

Since 2022, based in Mexico, I have led Go-To-Market strategies and regional commercial expansion across Latin America. Today, as Founder & CEO of Native Seeds and an active rural producer, I bring true skin-in-the-game to every venture. I navigate market volatility, weather dependencies, logistics, and commercial pressure because I face them directly on my own operation.

I don’t just design strategies. I execute them.
